The Heart of Worship

About a month ago, I realized that my worship to God was not completely from the heart but part of it was hype as well. I've decided to stop listening to Christian music at home as much and do it wholeheartedly whenever I worship. Now I treasure worship much more than before!

Being yourself

I just read it in Jaz' blog and I thought it was interesting.

Who do I be myself around?
The answer is those who are relaxed and friendly. My friends who bother to come and say hi to me even if I'm 10 metres away.

Sometimes, I reckon I need to do that. But still, I love all my friends heaps!

Bright copper kettles and warm woollen mittens
Brown paper packages tied up with string
These are a few of my favourite things

When the dog bites
When the bee stings
When I'm feeling sad
I simply remember my favourite things
And then I don't feel so bad

The Sound of Music

I use to think that this movie was corny but I watched it Wednesday/Thursday coz of how long it was and I loved it. Julie Andrews (Maria) 's singing is totally amazing! I thought it would be really boring but it was absolutely the opposite. Every moment was mesmerising. Wow!

At the moment, The Sound of Music is my favourite movie for now. Great story, awesome singing, and great acting (I don't know much about acting though). I reckon Julie Andrews' has the most beautiful voice I've ever heard. She controls it so well and has a huge range!
